These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of greendiggers.com (the “Site”) and all services, products, content, and resources offered by Greendiggers, LLC (“Greendiggers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.
Section 1 — Who We Are and What We Offer
Greendiggers, LLC is a financial education and business diagnostic company. We provide:
- Financial Diagnostic Sessions — structured 90-minute business financial analysis sessions
- Advisory services — ongoing monthly strategic financial advisory for qualified founders
- Digital products — financial education resources, worksheets, tools, and workbooks
- Free resources — downloadable tools available through our Founder Toolkit
- Educational content — blog posts, articles, newsletters, and workshop programs

All services are subject to the limitations described in our Disclaimer. Greendiggers is not a registered investment advisor, licensed CPA, securities broker-dealer, or licensed attorney. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.
Section 2 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase our services and products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Section 3 — Services — Financial Diagnostic Session
3.1 Booking and Payment
Financial Diagnostic Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through our booking platform. By completing a booking and payment, you agree to the following:
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Sessions will not be confirmed until payment is received.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By completing payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
- Your booking confirmation and pre-work materials will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of booking.
3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that scheduling conflicts arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund or free rescheduling at your option.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session: no refund. You may reschedule one time within 30 days at no additional charge.
- No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): no refund. No rescheduling credit.
- If Greendiggers needs to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
3.3 Pre-Work Requirement
To ensure the full 90 minutes of your Diagnostic Session is devoted to analysis and decision-making — not data gathering — you are required to complete the pre-work assessment sent to you upon booking. If pre-work is not completed prior to the session, we reserve the right to reschedule your session at no additional charge to you.
3.4 Deliverables
Following your Financial Diagnostic Session, you will receive a written findings summary within 48 hours of the session, along with a 7-day email follow-up window for clarifying questions. Additional deliverables are as described on the For Founders page of the Site.
3.5 Confidentiality
Greendiggers treats all financial information you share during a Diagnostic Session as confidential. We will not disclose your financial information to any third party except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to record any session without our prior written consent.
Section 4 — Advisory Services
4.1 Application and Acceptance
Advisory services are available by application only. Submitting an Advisory application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Greendiggers reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
4.2 Advisory Agreement
Upon acceptance, you and Greendiggers will execute a separate written Advisory Agreement that governs the specific terms of the engagement, including scope of services, fees, payment schedule, and duration. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any Advisory Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Advisory Agreement, the Advisory Agreement controls.
4.3 Minimum Commitment
Advisory engagements require a minimum commitment of three months. This minimum exists because meaningful financial improvement in a business takes time — the first month establishes baseline and diagnosis, the second implements changes, and the third begins to show measurable results. Early termination of an Advisory engagement does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
4.4 Fees
Advisory fees are as stated on the Site at the time of your application and are subject to change for new engagements. Fees for your engagement are locked at the rate agreed upon in your Advisory Agreement for the duration of that agreement.
Section 5 — Digital Products and Shop Purchases
5.1 Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All digital product sales, including worksheets, workbooks, guides, and the First-Investment Starter Pack™, are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds on digital products.
Exception: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading a product you have purchased, contact us at info@greendiggers.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
5.2 Physical Products
Physical products, including autographed copies of Coin Chronicles, may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us at info@greendiggers.com with a description and photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to our error.
5.3 Money Motivator Assessment
The Money Motivator Assessment™ is delivered as an online quiz followed by a downloadable digital workbook. Because the assessment is administered online and the workbook is delivered digitally upon completion, this purchase is non-refundable once the assessment has been started.

5.4 License to Use Digital Products
Upon purchase of any digital product, Greendiggers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, resell, or sublicense any digital product
- Use any digital product to create competing products or services
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any digital product
- Share purchased products with others who have not paid for them
Section 6 — Free Resources and Toolkit
Free resources available through our Founder Toolkit, including the Cash Flow Awareness Tool, Liability Clarity Tool, Financial Position Baseline, and Capital Reserves Planner, are provided for educational and personal planning purposes only. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
These tools are not a substitute for professional financial advice. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any free resource. Your use of free resources is entirely at your own risk.
Section 7 — Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Greendiggers, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Specifically:
- The Greendiggers Financial Diagnostic Framework™ is proprietary to Greendiggers, LLC.
- The GREENDIGGERS™ name and logo are proprietary marks of Greendiggers, LLC.
- All workshop content, blog content, email content, and downloadable resources are proprietary to Greendiggers, LLC.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our express written permission. You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial purposes with attribution to Greendiggers, LLC and a link back to the original content.

Section 8 — User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems connected to the Site
- Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam
- Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to collect data from the Site without our express written permission
- Use our content to create competing products or services without our written consent
Section 9 — Email Communications and Marketing
By providing your email address through any form on this Site, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your inquiry, purchase, or booking. If you opt in to our newsletter or marketing communications, you consent to receive educational content and marketing emails from Greendiggers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to active engagements or purchases.
Section 10 — Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS SITE AND ALL SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Greendiggers does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Site or our services will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
Section 11 — Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREENDIGGERS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OUR SERVICES, OR OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF GREENDIGGERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall Greendiggers’ total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services exceed the total amount paid by you to Greendiggers in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Section 12 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greendiggers, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site or our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you provide to Greendiggers in connection with our services.
Section 13 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact Greendiggers at [your email address] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any issue within 30 days of receiving your notice.
13.3 Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services must be filed within one year of the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
Section 14 — Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes — such as changes to payment terms, refund policies, or dispute resolution — we will provide notice by email to the address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice on the Site at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Section 15 — General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Greendiggers regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Greendiggers.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
