What’s offered:

  • Choose one topic from Lisa’s 5 signature workshops (see full menu below)
  • Delivered as a standalone half-day session or as a series
  • Includes participant workbook, slides, and post-session resource sheet
  • Available in-person or virtually
  • Can be customized with organization-specific examples and context

Format: In-person or virtual. Standalone or series format.

Time commitment: 2–3 hours per session (half-day). Full-day available (two workshops combined).

SIGNATURE WORKSHOPS

Multi-week structured curriculum taking a group of founders through the full Diagnostic Framework

What’s offered:

  • 4–8 week structured curriculum built around the Greendiggers Financial Diagnostic Framework™
  • Weekly group sessions (60–90 minutes each)
  • Each session covers one or more diagnostic lenses with applied exercises
  • Optional add-on: individual 1:1 Diagnostic Sessions for each participant
  • Participant workbook and session resources included
  • Program director debrief at close of cohort

Format: In-person or virtual. Group format with optional 1:1 add-ons.

Time commitment: 4–8 weeks. Weekly sessions of 60–90 minutes. Custom duration available.

Ideal partners: CDFIs, university entrepreneurship programs, accelerators with structured cohort tracks, nonprofit programs, corporate innovation cohorts

Time commitment: 45–90 minutes depending on format. Pre-event preparation typically 2–3 weeks.
