Every engagement is built around the same 5-lens diagnostic. This is not a generic financial review. It is a structured method for identifying exactly what’s working, what’s broken, and what to fix first.

I look at where your revenue is coming from, which streams are consistent vs. random, and which offers or clients generate the most. I’m identifying your strong revenue streams so we know what to double down on — and your weak ones so we know what to stop subsidizing.

I look at what it actually costs to deliver your services, your margins by offer, and whether your business model generates real profit or just activity. Most founders are shocked by what actual profitability looks like per service.

I look at when money comes in vs. when it goes out. Cash timing problems are the single most common reason founders feel broke despite having revenue. I identify the exact gap and what’s causing it.

I look at your biggest expense categories, which are fixed vs. variable, and where money is leaking without contributing to growth. This is where dead-weight spending gets surfaced.

I look at what you’re trying to build and whether your current financial decisions are actually moving you toward that goal. Strategic misalignment is extremely common in the messy middle, and expensive.

Monthly strategic advisory for founders who have completed the Diagnostic, or who already have strong financial clarity, and are ready to act on findings over time. Lisa becomes your ongoing financial decision advisor: the person you run decisions by before you make them.  Advisory is not generic financial coaching. Every monthly strategic sessions is focused on revenue structure, profitability, cash flow management, and financial decision-making. 

WHO IT’S FOR

Founders who have completed the Financial Diagnostic Session (or who already have strong financial clarity) and are generating $150K–$2M in annual revenue. You are ready to implement, not just understand. You want an ongoing advisor who knows your business financially and helps you make better decisions over time.
